What RunPayway is for.
So that a person can prove one financial fact to an organization that needs it, and send nothing else. And so that organization can show afterwards exactly what it asked for and what it was told.
The purpose
The moment someone has to prove something about their money.
It happens before a house changes hands, before a lease is signed, before a commitment is agreed. Somebody needs to know one thing is true, and the only way anyone has to tell them is to hand over the whole financial file.
So the file moves. Two months of statements arrive as an attachment, get forwarded to whoever is handling the transaction, and come to rest in an inbox and on a shared drive under an organization’s name. Every line of it is disclosed: the salary, the rent, the account numbers, where somebody shops. None of those lines was the question. The organization now holds material it never wanted, cannot easily delete, and is answerable for. The person disclosed their financial life to answer one question about it.
PROVE WHAT MATTERS. SHARE LESS. That is the whole of it: establish the fact that was asked for, and leave the file where it is.
What it is built on
Four properties, enforced in code.
Not values. Behaviours the engine has, and the trusted corpus holds it to.
- Consistency
- The same governed evidence and the same governed method produce the same result, whoever ran it, on whatever day, in whichever organization. That holds for every fact the engine establishes, because they are instances of one primitive rather than separate products. A result is not sound because the person who produced it sounded confident. It is sound because the same stages ran in the same order, from recorded evidence, with the arithmetic visible.
- Refusal over estimation
- Where material evidence is unresolved, RunPayway™ returns no result and says which evidence is missing. A confident answer built on a term nobody has seen is worse than no answer, and absence is never quietly measured as zero.
- Minimum disclosure
- A request names one fact and cannot quietly widen later. Collection stops when that fact is established, and what crosses to the recipient is the fact and the threshold it was tested against. Never the magnitude above it, and never the file underneath. The institution that asked can see what it asked and what was authorized; the recipient is deliberately told less, because less is what they needed.
- Neutrality
- RunPayway™ does not sell, rank, or refer financial products, and takes no commission from any lender. Provider-specific data terminates at an adapter boundary, so no provider's name reaches a fact class, a stored vocabulary, or anything a recipient reads. An organization can change the branding and the entry points. It cannot change the calculations, the thresholds, or the warnings.
Where the product is
RunPayway™ is early, and says so.
One fact is in scope: QUALIFYING FUNDS >= REQUESTED USD THRESHOLD. Further fact classes are siblings of it and have to be built and validated one at a time. Until one is, RunPayway™ will say it cannot establish that fact rather than establish it anyway.
An organization can ask a governed question today, and the person it is about can see exactly what is being asked and agree to it or refuse. That is where this release stops. Nothing yet reaches a financial source, reads evidence, establishes the fact or issues a proof. Because nothing is issued, there is no signing key and no endpoint for a recipient to check a proof against. Agreeing to be measured is not being measured, and this page will not describe the second as though the first had achieved it.
Organization sign-in, membership authority and tenant isolation are implemented and enforced. Access is scoped with each organization, and there is no self-service sign-up: RunPayway™ is offered to initial organizations through scoped pilots agreed in writing. Named third-party connectors and any partner integration surface are described on this site as planned, because that is what they are.
RunPayway™ is the Financial Proof Network, and it is the only product this company describes. An earlier governed instrument, built on the same engine and the same determinism, is not described on this site any more: its surfaces are retired and its routes redirect here. The engine, the method versioning and every record it issued are unchanged, because a record is evidence of what was established on the day it was issued and is not available to be rewritten by a change of direction.
No result carries an approval, a decline, a score or a recommendation.
