Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: August 4, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy governs all use of the RunPayway™ website and the RunPayway™ service. By using either, you agree to comply with this policy.

1.Purpose

This policy sets out the permitted and prohibited uses of the RunPayway™ website and of the RunPayway™ service.

By accessing or using either, you agree to comply with these terms.

2.Permitted Use

Authorized organizational staff may use RunPayway™ to:

  • request a governed evaluation on behalf of a person their own organization serves
  • record the case or source-system reference the request belongs to
  • review and reopen records owned by their own organization
  • submit organizational, partnership, or product inquiries

Visitors may run the public demonstration to see how the service behaves. Use must comply with applicable law and the RunPayway™ Terms of Use.

3.Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • reverse engineer or attempt to derive the method logic
  • run requests systematically in order to map the method
  • extract or reconstruct thresholds or method parameters
  • use automated tools, bots, scraping technologies, or data extraction systems
  • use service data or output to train machine learning or AI systems
  • submit false, misleading, or manipulated information
  • attempt to sign in as another user or to reach another organization's records
  • circumvent authentication, session handling, or access controls
  • disrupt, degrade, or impair service performance or infrastructure
  • use RunPayway™ for an unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose

4.Misrepresentation of Results

You may not:

  • alter or edit a RunPayway™ result
  • remove the method version reference from an issued result
  • present an edited or partial result as a RunPayway™ output
  • present a refusal as a completed result, or the reverse

A refusal means required evidence was missing or unresolved. It is not a negative finding about any person and must not be presented as one.

5.Use Restrictions

A RunPayway™ result may not be:

  • resold
  • embedded in a third-party product without written authorization
  • used as the sole basis for a credit underwriting decision
  • used for employment screening
  • represented as a credit score, a loan approval, or a regulated financial evaluation

The organization remains responsible for its own decision and for any regulatory obligation that applies to it. Redistribution or platform integration requires written authorization.

6.Rate Limiting and Service Protection

To protect the service, RunPayway™ may apply:

  • request rate limits
  • IP monitoring
  • submission controls
  • access restrictions

Attempting to bypass these protections is prohibited.

Service activity may be monitored to detect abuse, protect infrastructure, and enforce this policy.

7.Account Suspension

Access for a user or an organization may be suspended or terminated if this policy is violated.

Suspension may occur without prior notice to protect service integrity or prevent misuse.

8.Reporting Violations

If you suspect misuse of the service, please report it through the RunPayway™ contact form on this website.

Reports are reviewed promptly and acted on where appropriate.

9.Relationship to Terms

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the RunPayway™ Terms of Use.

Violations may result in suspension of access, termination of accounts, or legal action where appropriate.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to comply with these terms.

RunPayway™ financial proof infrastructure.

The Financial Proof Network. RunPayway™ establishes a requested financial fact from authorized evidence and issues a proof that can be independently verified.

Prove what matters. Share less.

RunPayway™ provides financial proof infrastructure. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it is not an underwriting or lending decision. A RunPayway™ proof states what was established from authorized evidence. It is not an approval, a guarantee, or a recommendation to proceed, and a result of NOT VERIFIED is not a denial or a judgment about any person. The recipient retains full responsibility for its own decision.
