1.Acceptance of Terms

By using the RunPayway™ website, running the public demonstration, signing in to an organizational workspace, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the RunPayway™ services.

2.Service Description

RunPayway™ performs a governed evaluation of the information supplied for a request, against a defined method, and issues a record of what that evaluation established. An organization purchases and operates the service. Its authorized staff use it on behalf of a person their organization serves. The website also offers a public demonstration that is not stored and is not connected to any organizational record.

A RunPayway™ evaluation is point-in-time, and rests on the evidence and figures recorded for that request. Where required evidence is missing, RunPayway™ returns a refusal naming what is unresolved rather than a result it cannot support.

RunPayway™ is not a lender, not a broker, and not a registered investment adviser. It does not approve loans, recommend lenders, replace underwriting, or make the organization's final decision, and it does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3.Eligibility and Authorized Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. The organizational workspace is available only to staff an organization has authorized and to whom it has issued an account.

The organization is responsible for who it authorizes, for the roles it assigns them, and for removing access when a staff member leaves that role.

Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they enter. RunPayway™ does not independently verify entered figures and has no connection to any bank, credit bureau, payroll provider, or lender system.

4.No Advisory or Lending Relationship

Use of RunPayway™ does not create:

• a fiduciary relationship
• an advisory relationship
• a lending or brokerage relationship
• a client relationship between RunPayway™ and a person an organization serves

A RunPayway™ result is not a recommendation, an endorsement, a credit decision, or a suitability determination.

5.Scope and Limits of the Evaluation

A RunPayway™ evaluation:

• evaluates the information supplied for a request against the governed method in force for it
• does not predict future financial outcomes
• does not establish creditworthiness and is not a credit score
• does not evaluate the lender, the product, or the offer's legality

The result reflects the information provided at the time it was run and nothing else.

6.Deterministic Method

Results are produced by a fixed, deterministic method under a recorded version identifier.

The method is version controlled.

Under the same method version, identical inputs produce identical results.

No model, probabilistic step, or adaptive mechanism takes part in producing a result. Organization identity, staff identity, and case references are recorded with a result but never affect it.

7.Organizational Accounts and Fees

Fees for organizational use are agreed in writing with the organization. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars.

There is no public self-service account creation and no public checkout. Organizations and their staff accounts are created through an administrator-controlled process.

• The public demonstration is free, is not stored, and creates no account
• Organizational access requires a written agreement with PeopleStar Enterprises, Inc.

Payment terms, invoicing, and any refund terms are set out in that written agreement.

Organizations that wish to discuss access may submit an inquiry through the RunPayway™ contact form.

8.Contact Following a Submission

If you submit an inquiry, request organizational information, or hold an account issued by an organization, you may be contacted in response to that submission or about the operation of the service.

Contact may relate to:

• account setup and access
• service-related and security-related notices
• organizational or partnership discussions you initiated
• responses to questions you asked

Such contact is limited to responding to your submission and administering the requested service.

Optional communications, if offered separately, will include an opt-out mechanism.

RunPayway™ does not market loan products and does not contact an organization's members or clients.

9.Intellectual Property

The RunPayway™ method, its evidence requirements, its result framework, and all related content are proprietary intellectual property of PeopleStar Enterprises, Inc.

Results are provided for the internal use of the organization that generated them, unless otherwise authorized in writing.

You may not:

• reverse engineer the method logic
• extract or reconstruct thresholds or method parameters
• replicate or reproduce the method
• redistribute or resell RunPayway™ output without authorization
• access the service through automated scraping, bots, or data extraction tools

All rights reserved.

10.Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity performed under your account.

You may not share an account, sign in on behalf of another person, or attempt to reach records belonging to an organization other than your own.

Suspected unauthorized access should be reported through the RunPayway™ contact form so the affected accounts can be disabled.

11.Service Availability

RunPayway™ may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. The service is in a controlled early deployment.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

PeopleStar Enterprises, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of RunPayway™.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.

13.Disclaimer of Warranties

RunPayway™ and related services are provided "as is" and "as available."

PeopleStar Enterprises, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non-infringement
• accuracy of information entered by users

No guarantee is made regarding financial outcomes or suitability for a specific decision.

14.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeopleStar Enterprises, Inc., its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• your use of the service
• your violation of these Terms
• information you submitted that was inaccurate or that you were not authorized to submit

15.Force Majeure

PeopleStar Enterprises, Inc. shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

16.Records

An evaluation run inside an organizational workspace is stored as a record owned by that organization and stamped with the time it was created and last updated.

A record reflects the information provided at the time the evaluation was run.

The public demonstration is not stored. No archival guarantee is made beyond the retention described in the Privacy Policy.

17.Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or from use of RunPayway™ shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, any permitted court action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in California, United States.

18.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

20.Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Material changes will be published with an updated effective date.

Changes to the governed method result in a new method version.

No silent changes are made to the method logic.

21.Organizational and Third-Party Licensing

Use of RunPayway™ inside a third-party platform, integration, or commercial product requires a separate written licensing agreement.

Such an agreement governs:

• authorized use cases and permitted scope
• volume and rate limits
• data handling and retention obligations
• attribution and trademark usage requirements
• the parties' respective data protection obligations

Unauthorized redistribution, embedding, or resale of RunPayway™ or its output without a valid agreement is prohibited.
