RunPayway™ is committed to ensuring that staff at the organizations it serves, and visitors to the public website, can access and use the service.

Accessibility is considered through design, development, and maintenance. The interface is built with accessibility features intended to support users of assistive technologies.

Accessibility Standards

RunPayway™ aligns its work with recognized accessibility standards, including: • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA • Section 508 (U.S. federal guidelines) • ADA Title III digital accessibility obligations

Alignment describes the standards the work is measured against. It is not a claim of certified conformance, and no independent conformance audit has been completed.

The RunPayway™ interface includes:

These features are applied across the public website and the organizational workspace.

Workspace Accessibility

The workspace used by organizational staff is designed so that the work can be completed without a mouse and without relying on color:

• structured form elements grouped by the evidence they collect
• full keyboard navigation support
• no reliance on color alone to convey a result or a missing item
• accessible validation and error messaging, including for a refusal
• no forced time limits while work is being completed

The sign-in page, the organization workspace, the result view, and the record history view follow the same principles.

Ongoing Accessibility Improvements

Accessibility is ongoing work. The service is reviewed for usability and accessibility improvements, informed by user feedback and published standards.

We are committed to making RunPayway™ usable by everyone who needs it.

Compatibility Considerations

We aim for wide compatibility but cannot guarantee identical behavior in every environment.
